Who AM I

My name is Gino Haley.  I am 16 years old and started my fitness journey 5 years ago.  It didn't take long for me to become passionate about physical fitness for myself and to develop a passion for helping others become their best. I am not a Certified trainer or nutritionist.  I simply want to share what works for me, in hopes that it will work for you too. 

 I first got into fitness in April of 2019. I hated myself  and everything. So I decided to change my life for good. I got into fitness and fell in love with it and loved helping others achieve there goals along the way.
